The start is always the hardest part

Every media producer, designer, marketer and creator has felt a block up whenever it comes to starting something new.

You see, continuing along a path is easy once you’re on it. But there’s a tension builds up when you want to start something that makes you feel more afraid to go than excited to push forward.

Sometimes you just have to go for it. It sounds simpler than it feels, but there’s nothing else to it. Especially because the regret you’ll feel 3 months, 6 months, or a year from now for not starting will feel way worse than the discomfort you feel right now when you’re about to start this new thing.

So, what is it that you want to do? Do you want to start a new course so you can level up in your career or try a new career path? Do you want to start a podcast or email newsletter and build a community? Maybe you want to pick up a new skill like playing an instrument, learning a language or learning how to code?

Think about that thing you’ve been dying to start, and just go for it.
