Use what you have to get where you want to be

Too often we make the mistake of thinking we need to have more to make progress – more money, more resources, more people, more attention.

The truth is, while having more might (sometimes) help you get to your next goal faster, at any given moment you already have everything you need to take the next step on your journey.

The problem most of us have (myself very much included) is that we either focus on a target that’s too far ahead or we completely ignore the resources we have right in front of us that can help us instantly move forward.

Take a moment to breathe and take stock of what you have, appreciate that you’re blessed to have it, and ask yourself “how can I use the things I already have to make progress right now?”
